Meet Kenny – A Legacy of Flavor and Experience

‍Kenny’s name has long been synonymous with unforgettable meals in Bermuda, with roots tracing back to his early days on Hawkins Island, where he first made his mark.

His culinary journey began at Whitney Institute in 1969, where a passion for food took hold. He went on to graduate from the Bermuda Hotel & Catering College in 1974, laying the foundation for what would become a rich and accomplished career.

From his role as Assistant Maître D’ at Lantana to rising through the ranks to become Executive Chef, Kenny has truly done it all.His expertise has been shaped by years of hands-on experience, both abroad in the United States and here at home in Bermuda.

His reputation grew through the success of Bermuda Island Cruises (BIC) and the popular Cruise & Dinner shows on Hawkins Island, which ultimately led to the launch of Kenny’s Catering.In 2006, Kenny’s Catering became a local favorite while based at the Police Club Headquarters in Prospect, serving up daily breakfast and lunch to both members and the public—while still catering events across the island.

Today, Kenny’s Catering continues to serve Bermuda with heart, flavor, and a whole lot of experience, offering freshly baked goods and tailored catering solutions for every event size and occasion.From casual gatherings to corporate affairs, Kenny brings soul to every plate.
